Dear Weekend Program Families:
Due to the warm and wet weather the past few days we have made the difficult decision to delay the start of the CVA Weekend Program to December 12th. Sugarloaf is still open and beginning to recover from the recent weather event but we anticipate the terrain this weekend to be too limited to operate a safe program.
We look forward to seeing you on December 12th.
Here are a few key points to know now:
Opening Weekend is December 12th
There will be no indoor registration this year. All information will be shared via email, Team App or Zoom calls with coaches.
Your Weekend Program managers will be in touch with you directly with plans for the opening weekend.
After careful consideration and with the safety and well-being of everyone at top of mind we have changed the hours of the program. The program will now run from 9:30-1:30 on Saturdays and Sundays. There will be no lunch break.
New meeting locations for 2020:
The Freestyle Program has a new meeting location this year. It will meet on lookers left of the Landing, just up from the Competition Center and the base of Skidway, near the trees.
The Snowboard Program meets outside the Competition Center
The Ski Cross Program meets outside the Competition Center
The U8-14 Alpine Programs meets between the top of Sawduster Chair and the Perfect Turn Building on the Landing.
The U16/19 Alpine Program meets near the maze of Double Runner B.
